The Customer Experience Map
A Customer Experience Map is a graphic visualization of a user’s experience across different touchpoints throughout any physical or virtual store space. Each Website User Interface and Experience Audit document contains strategies on how to address and avoid customer potential pain points by applying universal design principles, and actionable next steps on how to make the site / store more user-friendly to the target market.
We provided a User Experience Audit to the wonderful Hailey Dale, creator of the Your Content Empire brand. Your Content Empire is a community + content hub for small business owners to learn about content marketing from a 360-degree angle – strategies, systems, tactics from new and established voices, striving to be the go-to for our audience in all things content and marketing.**
We evaluated Hailey’s site based on positive and negative experiences as users went through the pages, and compiled these insights into a comprehensive report that includes the Experience Chart and Recommendations to improve on each of the customers’ touchpoints.
